Terri A. Heath, age 64, of Huron, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at Avantara in Huron, South Dakota. Her Memorial Visitation will be from 2-4 PM on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Welter Funeral Home in Huron.

Terri Ann was born on September 19, 1958 in Tulare, South Dakota to parents Daryl and Jean (Stoner) Hofeman. She attended Tulare schools, graduating from Tulare High School in 1976, and Northern State University, earning a secretarial degree.

Terri worked for the state of South Dakota in the Department of Social Services for 20 plus years in Pierre and Huron. She also worked at Red Arrow Bar in Huron. She married Norman Heath on December 31, 2012 in Huron. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing, gardening, and playing cards.

She is survived by her husband, Norman of Huron; her son, Austin Hofeman of Minnesota; her siblings, Lori (Herman) Eilers, David (Dinece) Hofeman, Tammy (Dean) Bahr, and Jodi (Tim) Jungwirth; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
