Steven Caulfield, age 49, of Huron, SD died on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at his home in Huron. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints at 1450 Frank Ave. in Huron, SD, with burial in Castle Rock, WA, at a later date. Steven Caulfield, the son of Terrance and Francis (Hememway) Caulfield, and the youngest of 10 boys, was born on May 7, 1962 in Longview, WA. He attended school and graduated from Rainier High School in Washington. Steven married Susan Krogman. To this union was born a son, William Caulfield. Steven served in the U.S. Army for two years before being discharged in February 9, 1982. Steven worked as a truck driver for a number of years. Steven enjoyed listening to and playing music, being especially good at playing guitar and piano by ear. Steven also loved to fish. Steven is survived by his wife, Susan Caulfield, Longview, WA; 3 sons William Caulfield, of Longview WA, and Christopher and Louis Castille; grandson, Justin; 8 brothers: Tim (Bea) Caulfield, of Huron; Harold, Gerald, Albert Larry, Richard, Donald, and Duane, all of Rainier, WA, and several nieces and nephews. Steven was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Pat Caulfield; and 2 nieces, Geneva Caulfield, and Terri Jo Caulfield.
