Soe Htoo Kmoo Say, age 16, of Huron, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025 at Huron Regional Medical Center.
His funeral service will begin at 10:45 a.m., on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at First Karen Union Baptist Church in Huron. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 am until service time at the church.
