Margaret Katherine Piechowksi was born on October 11, 1948, to Cyril and Margaret (Whipple) Piechowski at Graceville, MN. Her family was living at Beardsley, MN, at the time of her birth, and when Peg was still young the family moved to Wilmot, MN. She attended country school through the 7th grade, then attended public school in Wilmot, graduating from Wilmot High School in 1967. She worked for the Plains Bowling Alley, doing various jobs but primarily maintaining the bowling lanes. She then resumed her work as a hairstylist at the LaBeautique Salon where she worked for over 20 years and was working there at the time of her illness. During these years, she was a friend to many and helped them with babysitting, housekeeping and running errands. She was a member of several bowling leagues over the years and the Womens International Bowling Congress. She loved camping, fishing, crocheting, knitting, playing cards, canning, and loved to watch movies in the comfort of her home. She is survived by 1 brother, Francis Butch (Gail) Piechowski of Ralston, WY; 2 nieces, Christine (Rick) Chapin of Webster, and Rebecca (James) Johnson of Milbank; 1 nephew, Dennis (Richelle) Piechowski of Simi Valley, CA; 1 step-niece, Heidi Schlueter of Ralston, WY; 2 step-nephews, Ryan Schlueter of Powell, WY, and Nathan Schlueter of Milbank; 6 great nieces; 5 great nephews; 1 sister-in-law, Patricia Berkner of Milbank; and numerous friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
