Lee S. Christianson, 57, of Wolsey, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2022 at his home under hospice care.  Due to the inclement weather Lee's Memorial visitation will be postponed until Monday, December 26, 2022 from 5-7 pm at Welter Funeral Home in Huron with his memorial service beginning at 6:30 pm.

Lee Sheldon Christianson was born on October 26, 1965, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin to parents Arlie and Catherine (Durocher) Christianson. Lee graduated from Huron High School in 1984.

Lee married Laurie Olesen in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 19, 1999. He had been the owner of Rapid Lube since 2009. Lee had many hobbies including fishing, hunting, cooking barbeque, golfing and playing darts. Lee cheered loudly for the Minnesota Vikings and Twins. Spending time with family, especially his grandchildren was very important to him. Lee also loved to travel. He took yearly trips to Florida and golf trips to Arizona. Lee always kept busy tinkering in the garage. He was a very meticulous person.

Lee is survived by his wife, Laurie of Wolsey; three children, Erin (Kent) Tomac of Rapid City, Ashley, and Tyler of Wolsey; 5 grandchildren, Burton and Harrison, Brantley, Bodyn and Blair; his mother, Catherine Christianson of Huron; his father, Arlie (Sue) Christianson of Tennessee,  siblings, Jon Christianson of Missouri, Jay (Bethany) Christianson of Wisconsin, Natalie De La Paz and Derek De La Paz of Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and one niece Ava.
