Mrs. Dennis (Glenna) Poulisse, age 60, of Iroquois, died Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at the Sioux Valley Hospital at Sioux Falls. Her funeral service will be at 10:30 AM Monday, June 27th at Trinity United Methodist Church at Iroquois, SD with Rev. Kris Larson officiating. Burial will be at Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday afternoon and evening at the Welter Funeral Home or prior to the service at the church Monday morning. Glenna Poulisse was born Glenna Hannah on March 21, 1945, to Thomas and Isabel (Sims) Hannah at Indianapolis, IN. She attended school in Indiana and graduated from Manuel High School in Indiana. On June 8, 1963, Glenna married Dennis Poulisse at Indianapolis, IN. They lived in Hinesville, GA while Dennis was in the service and then later they moved to Whiteland, IN. In 1995, they moved to Iroquois where Glenna has lived since that time. She was a member of the Rocklane Christian Church in Greenwood, IN and her hobby was making ribbon shirts. She is survived by her husband, Dennis of Iroquois; two sons, Dennis Poulisse Jr. of Greenwood, IN and Thomas Poulisse of Huron; three grandsons, Adam, Dustin and Jeremy; one sister, Rosemary Gorman of Moses Lake, WA and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Casket bearers will be Dustin Poulisse, Darrell Rounds, John Rounds, Roger Rounds, Ronnie Rounds and Kerwin Kannegieter.
