Georgia A. Deneke, age 63, of Huron, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019 at Huron Regional Medical Center in Huron. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Georgia Ann Deneke was born on February 22, 1956 to parents Walter and Georgia (James) Deneke in Huron. She attended Huron schools. Georgia graduated from Huron College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting on August 31, 1984. Georgia worked for South Dakota Department of Social Services as a Social Worker for many years.

Georgia enjoyed spending time with her friends and hosting social gatherings. She loved animals as well. Attending Lyndsea' s events was always special to her.

Georgia is survived by her daughter, Lyndsea (Nicole Pyles) Warkenthien of Stanford, CA and one sister, Lynda (Paul) Pels of Melbourne, Australia. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Steven Deneke.
