Gavin Wayne Rutledge, 25, of Huron, son of Scott and Linda Rutledge, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023 at University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He is survived by his parents, his sister, Aubrey Rutledge, his brother Christopher Parlette, his grandparents, Ken and Brenda Rutledge, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sue Fife.

Gavin was a Special Olympics athlete and a devoted Tiger Sports fan. There will be a private family service held.
