Obituary
Evelyn Antle, age 90, of Huron, SD, died Tuesday, August 24, 2010, at Dougherty House in Sioux Falls.
Her family is planning private family services at a later date.
Evelyn Antle was born March 27, 1920, in Huron to Jack and Bessie Claire Snyder. Her father was one of the original managers of the Huron Roundhouse.
After graduating from Huron High School, Evelyn married Harold Devon Antle in 1939 in Minnesota. During the 1950s, she ran the Rue Eve School of Dance in Huron. Evelyn was also a high school Art teacher for surrounding schools in the 1950s and 60s.
Evelyn is survived by her sister, Marilyn (Laurrell) Rogers of Huron; two sons, Regg Antle of Oceanside, CA, and Rick Antle of Huron, SD.
Evelyn was preceded in death by; her parents, and her husband, Harold in 2004.
