Donna Meyers, age 88, of Huron, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at her daughter's home in Huron under hospice care. A private graveside service will be held at Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery in Huron.

Donna Marie was born on September 9, 1935 in Huron, South Dakota to parents Paul and Marie (Glaizer) Busch. She attended Wilson and Lincoln Elementary School and Huron Junior and Senior High Schools. She worked at St. John's Hospital and Buhl's Laundry for many years. Donna married Lyle Meyers on May 22, 1965 in Huron. They made their home in Huron.

She enjoyed volunteering at Huron Hopes and Blessings, Salvation Army and donating to the Children's Miracle Network. She enjoyed fishing, dancing, and roller skating in her younger years. She loved being with her family especially her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Debra (Steve) Wenz of Huron; granddaughter, Ashton (Aaron) Siebrecht of Sioux Falls; step-granddaughter, Michelle (Dan) Frisch of West Fargo, ND; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; her siblings, Milford (Glenis) Busch of Sioux Falls, Robert (Peg) Busch of Warner, Richard Busch of Huron, Roger (Debbie) Busch of San Diego; brothers-in-law, Dennis Mediger and LeRoy Flattum; sister-in-law, Verla Busch; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lyle; her grandparents; siblings, Mavis Flattum, Zola Mediger, Barbara Brown, and Donald Busch; and sister-in-law, Pam Busch.
