Donna J. Dosch, age 79, of Huron, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at her home in Huron. Her funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Welter Funeral Home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery in Huron. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.

Donna Jean Stienblock was born on February 3, 1941 to parents Irvin and Orphia (Kraft) Stienblock in Rockwell City, Iowa.

Donna married Alfred Dorris on February 23, 1963 in Pipestone, Minnesota. They made their home in Huron where Donna worked as a cook for Magness Livestock, West Park Café and D & M Café. She also worked in potato fields and as a housekeeper at the Plains.

Donna married Rodney Dosch on July 26, 1996 in Huron. Rodney passed away in 2005. Donna loved to travel, gamble, loved listening to music, and watching Young and the Restless. She loved to cook. She was also involved with the Yada Yada Ladies, having coffee and celebrating birthdays. She loved spending time with her family, she always said, "Family is Everything!"

Donna is survived by her children, Don (Peggy) Dorris of Tulare, David (Mary) Dorris of Mitchell, Wynn (Mariah) Dorris of Huron, Vicky Jo (Michael) Rudd of Huron, Nickie Dorris of Huron, Sandy (Darin) Story of Huron and special boys Alexzander Dorris and James Dorris; 33 grandchildren; many great and great-great grandchildren; one sister, Wanda (Les) North of Huron; and one brother, Monte (Virginia) Stienblock of Huron.

She was preceded in death by her parents Irvin and Orphia Stienblock; sons Rick Dorris, James Dorris, and Mike Dorris; granddaughter Heather Jo Slunecka; brother Dean Stienblock and special friend Vera Phillips.
