Dennis L. Moldrem, age 69, of Huron, SD, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Sanford (USD) Medical Center in Sioux Falls, SD.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2-6 pm on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at the Beadle County Sportsman's Club in Huron, SD.

Dennis L. Moldrem, the son of Harold and Margaret (Bonnes) Moldrem, was born on May 24, 1951 in Huron, SD.  He was a 1970 graduate of Huron High School. He then attended College and received an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Dennis served his country in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. Dennis worked for many years until an unfortunate accident forced him to retire.

Dennis was a member of Beadle County Sportsmen's Club and served as it's Treasurer for over 20 years.  Dennis was also a member of the Huron Veterans Council and the VFW. Dennis enjoyed attending all of his children's and grandchildren's sporting events and activities. Dennis also enjoyed spending time with his family and friend, but being "Grandpa" to his grandchildren was very important to him.

Grateful for having shared in Dennis' life are his significant other, Kathy Roti of Huron, SD; son Robbie (Amber) Moldrem of Hartford, SD; daughter, Raelynn (Nathan) Sanchez of Pueblo, CO; grandchildren: Kobe Moldrem, Ava and Arik Sanchez, Konner and Kaelynn Wuestewald, Kylie, Kelton, and Kadin Roti; Travis (Karmen) Roti of Rapid City, SD and Tiffani (Hector Vargas) Wuestewald of Huron, SD; 2 brothers, Larry Moldrem of Round Lake, MN and Melvin Moldrem of Salem, SD; sister, Debra (Bill) Otter of Denver, IA; and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Steven Moldrem.
