Colten D. Bobeldyke age 19 months, of Huron, SD passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Huron Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 4-7 pm at the Huron Elks Lodge in Huron, SD.

Colten D. Bobeldyke, the son of Joshua and Chastity (Paulson) Bobeldyke, was born on July 10, 2020 in Sioux Falls, SD.

Colten loved Mickey Mouse and he was a big fan of "Baby Yoda" and Harry Potter as well.  He enjoyed playing with his toys especially the "loud" ones and watching TV. Colten loved to spend time with his family especially the trips to Colome, SD to see his grandparents.

Grateful for having Shared in Colten's life are his parents, Joshua and Chastity  Bobeldyke of Huron, SD; grandparents, Jason and Stacia Paulson of Colome, SD and Tommie and Max Lewis of Huron, SD; his four Aunts:  Brittany (Austin) Gillum of Germany,  Shyanne Jenson of Huron, SD, and Paige and Isabella Paulson both of Colome, SD; his five Uncles:  Dominic Paulson of Sioux Falls, SD, Andrew (Chelsea Lupkes) Bobeldyke of Huron, SD, Jeff (Deborah) Lewis of Huron, SD, and Devon and Jesse Paulson both of Colome; his great-grandma, Jerean (Miles) Melius of Winner, SD; and great-grandpa, Tom McNutt, of Huron, SD; and many great uncles, great aunts, and cousins.

Colten was preceded in death by his great-grandma, Sandy McNutt, great-grandpa, John Kaupp; great-aunt, Erika Kaupp; and great-great-aunt, Carol Hines.
