Clareen Menzies, age 72, of Huron, passed away on March 11, 2021 at her home in Huron. A burial service was held in Burnsville, MN at Garden of Eden Islamic Cemetery.

Clareen was born in Minneapolis, MN on March 7, 1949 to parents Paul and Pearl (Knutsen) Menzies. Clareen graduated from J.F. Kennedy High School and the University of Minnesota and Antioch College. She worked as a philanthropist for many non-profit organizations.

She is survived by her daughter, Naomi Menzies-Lawson of Virginia; and 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
