In 1981 she met Edward J. Houlihan. On May 1, 1982, Agnes and Ed married and made their home together in Huron, SD, where Ed was employed. They were married for nearly 39 years when Ed died on March 21, 2021, at which time Agnes relocated to Santa Rosa, near her siblings and their extended families.
